Manitoba Dragon Boat Festival
Cancer does not discriminate and some of the most tragic cases involve children and young adolescents. Every September thousands of paddlers hit the Red River in support of raising funds for CancerCare Manitoba Foundation and Children’s Hospital Foundation. The over $1.5 million that has been raised since 2012 is dedicated to in-hospital care and pediatric clinical trials that help improve outcomes for our most vulnerable patients.
