Prenatal Bliss – Fundraiser for the CancerCare Manitoba Foundation

Relax and renew the body and mind with nurturing physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditations. This rejuvenating practice will create the space for you and baby to tune inwards and rest deeply. Class will feature supported poses for the pregnant body that will help soothe the nervous system and heal the effects of stress.

In this restorative prenatal yoga class, we will be using various props to help you rest and reset. Bring your yoga mat, and dress comfortably to help your body unwind and feel the effects of this calming practice.
